These Website Terms and Conditions govern your use of kajomaservices.com and the online features provided by Kajoma Services LLC, doing business as KAJOMA Cleaning Co. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. A separate service agreement, accepted quote, invoice, or booking confirmation may contain additional terms that apply to a particular cleaning service. If there is a conflict, the more specific service document controls for that service.
1 Website use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape information in a manner that burdens the website, impersonate another person, or submit false or misleading information.
2 Quotes and service information
Website descriptions and initial estimates are provided for general information and planning. A quote is based on the information and property condition reported by the customer. Pricing, service time, or scope may be adjusted when the actual size, layout, condition, access, requested work, safety conditions, or other material facts differ from the information provided. A service is not confirmed until KAJOMA issues a booking confirmation or otherwise accepts the engagement.
3 Appointments cancellations and access
Appointment, cancellation, rescheduling, access, and preparation requirements are governed by the applicable quote, booking confirmation, or service agreement. Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the service location and for disclosing known hazards, fragile items, restricted areas, pets, construction conditions, and special surface-care requirements.
4 Payments and taxes
Payment terms are stated in the applicable quote, invoice, booking confirmation, or service agreement. Prices may be subject to applicable sales and use tax. Third-party payment processors may apply their own terms and privacy policies.
5 Communications and electronic records
You agree that we may provide quotes, confirmations, invoices, receipts, notices, and other records electronically. Text messaging is governed by the SMS Terms and Conditions. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing cleaning services.
6 Intellectual property
The website, brand names, logos, graphics, photographs, text, forms, and other content owned by KAJOMA are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit that content without written permission, except for ordinary personal use of the website.
7 Customer submissions
You represent that information, photographs, reviews, or other materials you submit are accurate, lawful, and provided with necessary permission. You grant KAJOMA a nonexclusive license to use submitted materials as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and provide the service. KAJOMA will not use property photographs for public marketing without additional permission.
8 Website availability and disclaimers
We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every item will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9 Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, KAJOMA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising solely from use of or inability to use the website. This limitation does not replace or reduce obligations expressly accepted in a service agreement and does not apply where prohibited by law.
10 Third-party services
The website may use or link to third-party services. KAJOMA does not control those services and is not responsible for their separate terms, availability, security, or privacy practices.
11 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning only the website will be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Bexar County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12 Changes and contact

Estos Términos regulan el uso de kajomaservices.com y sus funciones en línea. Al utilizar el sitio, usted acepta estos Términos. Un contrato de servicio, cotización aceptada, factura o confirmación de reserva puede contener condiciones adicionales. En caso de conflicto, el documento específico del servicio controla ese servicio.
1 Uso del sitio
Puede utilizar el sitio únicamente con fines legales. No puede interferir con su funcionamiento, intentar acceso no autorizado, introducir código malicioso, extraer información de forma que sobrecargue el sitio, hacerse pasar por otra persona ni proporcionar información falsa o engañosa.
2 Cotizaciones e información del servicio
Las descripciones y estimaciones iniciales son informativas. Una cotización se basa en la información y condición reportadas por el cliente. El precio, tiempo o alcance puede ajustarse si el tamaño, distribución, condición, acceso, trabajo solicitado, condiciones de seguridad u otros hechos importantes difieren. El servicio no queda confirmado hasta que KAJOMA emita una confirmación o acepte el trabajo.
3 Citas cancelaciones y acceso
Los requisitos de citas, cancelaciones, reprogramación, acceso y preparación se rigen por la cotización, confirmación o contrato aplicable. El cliente debe proporcionar acceso seguro y oportuno e informar peligros conocidos, objetos frágiles, áreas restringidas, mascotas, condiciones de construcción y requisitos especiales de superficies.
4 Pagos e impuestos
Las condiciones de pago aparecen en la cotización, factura, confirmación o contrato aplicable. Los precios pueden estar sujetos al impuesto de ventas y uso correspondiente. Los procesadores de pago externos aplican sus propias condiciones y políticas.
5 Comunicaciones y registros electrónicos
Usted acepta que podamos proporcionar cotizaciones, confirmaciones, facturas, recibos y avisos electrónicamente. Los SMS se rigen por los Términos de Mensajería. El consentimiento de marketing es opcional y no condiciona la compra de servicios.
6 Propiedad intelectual
El sitio, marcas, logotipos, gráficos, fotografías, textos, formularios y demás contenido de KAJOMA están protegidos. No puede copiarlos, modificarlos, distribuirlos, publicarlos ni explotarlos comercialmente sin autorización escrita, salvo el uso personal normal del sitio.
7 Materiales enviados por el cliente
Usted declara que la información, fotografías, reseñas u otros materiales enviados son exactos, legales y cuentan con los permisos necesarios. Autoriza a KAJOMA a utilizarlos en la medida razonable para responder y prestar el servicio. KAJOMA no utilizará fotografías de la propiedad para publicidad pública sin permiso adicional.
8 Disponibilidad y descargos
Procuramos mantener el sitio correcto y disponible, pero no garantizamos funcionamiento ininterrumpido ni ausencia total de errores. En la medida permitida, el sitio se ofrece según disponibilidad. Nada excluye derechos que legalmente no puedan excluirse.
9 Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida permitida, KAJOMA no será responsable por pérdidas indirectas, incidentales, especiales, ejemplares o consecuentes derivadas exclusivamente del uso o imposibilidad de usar el sitio. Esta limitación no reemplaza obligaciones aceptadas en un contrato de servicio ni se aplica cuando la ley lo prohíba.
10 Servicios de terceros
El sitio puede usar o enlazar servicios externos. KAJOMA no los controla ni responde por sus términos, disponibilidad, seguridad o privacidad.
11 Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Texas. Cualquier disputa relacionada únicamente con el sitio se presentará ante un tribunal con jurisdicción legal en el condado de Bexar, salvo que la ley aplicable disponga otra cosa.
